Business Tree helps Business Owners in Service Business Companies and Construction Companies throughout New Zealand, improve their Leadership, Owner Self-Development and Business Operations, by providing Business Coaching and Consulting Services, firstly understanding the clients Goals, then providing Customised Business Recommendations to fix business problems,  introduce better solutions and grow more profitable outcomes.

Problem is most business “coaches and consultants” out there have never even owned their own company, much less scaled one to 7 figures and beyond.

They’re not equipped to help you through the tough process of business – because they haven’t gone through it themselves. As someone who has experience running, owning and selling business, along with ongoing business education, I can tell you that talking about it and actually doing it are worlds apart.

Business coaching and consulting are different professional services, coaching pulls out—consulting puts in. Business Tree provides a hybrid service firstly, coaching you to set goals, then helping guide, support and consult (where needed) owners and key people in the company to drive change into their business—making it perform better. It’s important a structured process is followed with systems and tools specific to your goals used, ensuring your coaching and consulting experience achieves outcomes.

Business Consultants have expertise they impart with individuals or organisations, working with clients on areas ranging from strategy, planning and problem solving to help clients develop business skills and knowledge. These topics vary from designing a business model and business plan, to determining which marketing techniques to use and how to use them. Often helping clients learn how to plan and implement projects. A business consultant gives advice, teaches skills, and brainstorms with the client to produce practical results and enhance strategic thinking.

The role of Business Tree, once goals are in place, is to make sure you as business owner or manager continue to make progress against your goals. What a ‘Business Tree’ Represents

A business is like a tree. The roots of a “business tree” symbolise the strategic focus and future direction the organisation is designed to grow. The trunk stands for the entire body of knowledge a business possesses. Branches stand for each department within a business. Twigs represent outside suppliers. And leaves on each branch symbolise employees.

With proper nourishment, the “business tree” will achieve healthy growth by growing steadily, optimally, and profitably. With neglect, the “business tree” will never reach its potential and eventually die.

To “weather the forces of change” that naturally occur in the marketplace, the healthiest “business trees” have a management culture that takes the time “to understand how the company has grown” and analyses “the relationship of each branch, twig, and leaf to the others.”

Just like all healthy trees grow, all healthy businesses will grow. Proper nourishment is the key and companies that “plan to grow and grow by the plan” will build strong roots with a dense trunk, creating a regenerative and expanding system of branches, twigs, and leaves.

In business, I have had the opportunity to plant many trees of varying sizes within construction or service related projects. No matter what size of tree, all are vulnerable to internal factors, such as water and nutrition, along with a host of external factors, such as disease, weather and pollution in their ever-changing environment.

However, trees correctly planted, with regular maintenance and care will unwillingly grow, change and adapt to the surrounding environment surviving and flourishing, transforming into grand and stable entities – just like all healthy business.

Our identity is based on the Celtic Tree of Life, which symbolises strength, wisdom and longevity. It also represents a plasma globe with its thriving energy flow and moving tendrils.

The tree is a business analogy. With proper nourishment, the “business tree” will achieve healthy growth by growing steadily, optimally, and profitably. With neglect, the “business tree” will never reach its potential and eventually die.
